专利说明:

[0001] The present invention relates to a device for airtightness in the air. To make homes with low energy consumption or even positive energy, it is necessary to thermally isolate the walls. This insulation advantageously combines the use of low heat conduction materials and airtightness. Means for making such a combination are already used on the roof. However, there is currently no satisfactory means for making this same combination on an exterior wall. Indeed, it is used facing panels held away from the carrier wall by a spacer rod. The walls may, for example, be blocks or concrete; the cladding panels are usually plasterboard. An insulating material is disposed between the wall and the siding. This material may be provided in a plate or roll. This layer of insulating material is necessarily traversed by the rod that connects the wall and the facing, thus creating a possible air flow between the facing and the wall. The junction of the facing plates, rigid, has an airtightness which is neither guaranteed nor durable, in particular due to the deformations that can undergo the dwelling over time.
[0002] The object of the invention is to propose means for guaranteeing an airtightness along a wall.
[0003] To achieve its purpose, the invention proposes a system for sealing air between a wall, in particular a wall, and a facing for the wall, characterized in that it comprises: a spacer including in particular a rod provided to extend between the wall and the siding; - a patch; and, an airtight rope, intended to extend transversely to the rod between the wall and the facing; the patch and the spacer comprising means provided to cooperate to ensure an airtightness of the patch around the rod; and, a face of the patch being provided to be bonded to the rope to provide airtightness between the patch and the rope. Advantageously, the rod comprises an annular zone formed of at least two rings forming between them a groove, the patch being provided to be elastically inserted and elastically wedged in said groove. This patch may in particular comprise an elastically deformable hole whose diameter is less than an outer diameter of the rings. The patch may comprise a layer of elastically deformable material, preferably a rubber. A layer of substantially rigid material, preferably of metal, may be adhered to one side of the layer of elastically deformable material. In addition, the patch is advantageously pre-glued, that is to say that it comprises a layer of adhesive and, preferably, a removable peel to protect said adhesive.30 -3 The film may be a vapor barrier provided adhering in one piece with an insulating material disposed between the wall and the facing. It can also be an independent membrane.
[0004] The system advantageously comprises means for maintaining a spacing at least equal to 30 millimeters, preferably at least equal to 70 millimeters, between the film and the facing. The invention also relates to a system for thermally insulating a wall, in particular a wall, characterized in that it comprises: a wall facing; an insulating material disposed between the wall and the facing; an airtight film, intended to extend between the wall and the facing, the film being able to be supplied in one piece with the material; a spacer passing through the material and said film, the spacer including in particular a rod intended to extend between the wall and the facing, and; - a patch; The patch and the spacer including means for cooperating to provide an airtightness of the patch around the rod; and, a face of the patch being provided to be bonded to the film to provide airtightness between the patch and the film. The invention also relates to a method for effecting insulation between a wall, in particular a wall, and a wall facing, characterized in that it comprises steps for: fixing a spacer to the wall; providing an airtight film and / or an insulating material provided with such a film, so that the spacer passes through the film; - Have a patch so that it forms a seal around the spacer; - stick one side of the patch on the film; then, - fix the facing at one end of the spacer.
[0005] Several embodiments of the invention will be described hereinafter, by way of non-limiting examples, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view in partial section of a system of FIG. insulation of a wall, comprising sealing means according to the invention; Figure 2 is an elevational view in partial section of the system of Figure 1; and, Figure 3 is an axial sectional view of a sealing washer according to the invention. Figures 1 and 2 illustrate a thermal insulation system 1 of a wall 3. The thermal insulation system 1 uses an air sealing system 2 according to the invention. In the illustrated embodiment, the insulation system 20 comprises: - a first fur 11; a second fur 12; a spacer 13; and, a tip 14. The first fur 11 is intended to be fixed to the wall 3. The second fur 12 is provided to support a facing, not shown, for example a plasterboard. The spacer comprises a head 15 and a rod 16 extending from the head; the head 15 is provided to engage with the first fur 11, so that the rod 16 extends substantially - perpendicular to the wall. The tip is provided to engage with the second fur 12, on the one hand, and to come into adjustable engagement on one end 17 of the rod opposite the head 15. Thus, by positioning the tip on the end 17 we set a distance between the wall and the siding.
[0006] As particularly illustrated in Figure 2, an insulating material 19 is disposed between the two furs 11,12. This insulating material may, for example, be a glass wool. During the introduction of the insulating material 19, it is pierced by the rod 16 of the spacer 13, so that the rod 16 there creates a passage conducive to the flow of air on one side of the material to the other. In addition, this passage 20 is likely to expand over time, by packing of the insulating material. In addition, the insulating material 19 can be or become porous throughout its mass, so likely to let air, even outside the passage 20, a membrane 21, airtight, is arranged to cover the material insulation on an inner face 22 of this material. In the same way as for the insulating material, the membrane 21 is pierced by the rod 16.
[0007] In order to ensure an airtightness around the rod, the invention proposes a patch 24 intended, on the one hand, to come into sealed engagement with the rod 16 and, on the other hand, to be glued in such a way In the examples illustrated in the figures, the patch 24 has the shape of a substantially circular washer and comprises a cylindrical through hole 26 and elastically deformable. The hole 26 is provided for passing the rod 16. To seal between the patch 24 and the rod, the rod comprises a corrugated zone 27 disposed beyond the end 17 of the rod, towards the head 15. This annular zone consists of four rings 28 and three grooves 29, each groove separating two neighboring rings. The hole 26 of the patch 24 has a diameter D26 such that the end 17 of the rod can pass freely therethrough. The rings 28 have an outer diameter D28 greater than the diameter D27 of the hole 26, so that to be introduced into one of the grooves 29, the patch must be forced to pass around the ring, or rings, preceding this groove. In addition, the dimensions of the patch, in particular its thickness E24 around the hole 26, are such that the patch in the groove is elastically wedged between the two rings forming this groove. The elastic adjustment of the patch in the corresponding groove 29 is such that it ensures a permanent air tightness between the patch and the rod. In addition, the face of the patch vis-à-vis the membrane 21 is coated with an adhesive, so as to ensure by bonding an airtightness between the membrane and the patch. Thus, the patch ensures a complete airtightness between the membrane and the rod 16.
[0008] The presence of three successive grooves 29 makes it possible to adjust the position of the patch 24 as a function of a thickness E 19 of the insulating material 19. In FIGS. 1 and 2, the patch 24 is essentially formed of a rubber 31 pre-coated with a adhesive. FIG. 3 illustrates another embodiment for the patch 24. In this other embodiment, the patch comprises a layer of metal 32 bonded to a first face of a rubber layer 31. The metal layer provides the rigidity of patch, and facilitates, therefore, its handling. An adhesive layer 33 covers one face of the rubber layer 31 opposite to the first face. A skin 34 protects the adhesive 33.
[0009] In the thickness of the metal layer 32, the hole 26 has a diameter D32 greater than its diameter D27 in the rubber layer. Thus, the elastic nature of the hole is preserved. In order to allow the passage of cables or conduit at the rear of the facing without having to pierce the membrane 22, there is provided, between the facing and the membrane 21, a minimum distance D21 of 30 millimeters, preferably 70 millimeters. Of course, the invention is not limited to the preferred embodiments which have just been described but, on the contrary, the invention is defined by the following claims. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications can be made to the embodiments described above, in the light of the teaching that has just been disclosed. Thus, instead of three grooves formed between four rings, the rod may comprise only one ring, provided to prevent the return of the patch towards the free end of the rod. It may also comprise only one groove, formed beyond this ring relative to this end. The rubber can be natural or synthetic. It can be replaced by another elastic material capable of ensuring a permanent seal around the rod.
[0010] Of course, the invention can also be used to ensure an airtight ceiling or roof, and not only along the wall, as has been previously illustrated.
